Eyeliner Tattoo
Who is this for?
People with busy lives who could use that extra time in the daily routine of makeup application.
Spend a lot of time in the water or working out? This is great for you, no need to deal with runny eyeliner anymore!
Moms, businesswomen, athletes.
Women who have a hard time applying eyeliner because it is hard to see, or those who just have a hard time finding the right eyeliner that doesn’t constantly run or cause irritation!
What are the options?
Lash Fill- With a small needle and fine pigments we fill in your lash line for a more refined eye that is smudge-proof and looks completely natural. With two appointments we are able to reinforce any areas that have had any fading during the healing process, or if you want to add more boldness to your eyeliner, we add more.
Full Eyeliner- Whether you like just a nice line that follows your lash line or a nice little wingtip eyeliner. We customise what makes you feel like you get to wake up with your best face on every morning.
How long do they last? How often is a touch up recommended?
After your second appointment (around 6-8 weeks after your first) the average person is may need to come in for another appointment between 2-5 years, some people may end up not needing to. A lot has to do with skin type, lifestyle, products the client uses, etc. We will go over ways to best protect your tattoo during and after the healing process to get the best out of your eyeliner service.
What does the healing process look like?
You will be given aftercare instructions on how to best take care of you and your eyeliner during your healing process but you can expect:
Phase 1. In the first two days after treatment, your eyeliner may look dark and vibrant and your eyes a little swollen, like you have had some allergies. DO NOT be alarmed, this is part of the healing process.
Phase 2. On days 3-7, you may experience a bit of scabbing. Continue to use your ointment provided to alleviate any itchy sensation or dry scabbing. The better moisturised you can keep your new tattoos, the better.
Phase 3. Between days 7 and 12, the scabs may start peeling off in one or two cycles. It is crucial to not pick at any skin that may come off during that time. Pulling any scabs off (no matter how tiny) before they are ready to will cause pigment to be pulled out.
Phase 4. From day 12-14 onwards, the surface of your skin has had its main healing stage. Around 6-8 weeks after your first appointment, you will have your second appointment to reinforce any areas that may need reinforcing.
How long should I expect the appointment to take?
The average first appointment for an eyeliner such as the one in the “Before and After” picture takes around 2 hours. Sometimes less, depending on your specific eyeliner. Some ladies come in for just filling in the lash line where they have lost eyelashes. Your second appointment should be shorter. Some taking only 45 minutes, some take around 1 hour.
Before your appointment, we recommend a consultation either in person or on the phone to go over your goals and make sure this is the right service for you and your skin type!
