Eyeliner Tattoo

What are the options?

  • With a small needle and fine pigments we fill in your lash line for a more refined eyeliner that is smudge-proof and doesn’t need reapplying. With two appointments we are able to reinforce any areas that have had any fading during the healing process, or if you want to add more boldness to your eyeliner, we add more.

  • Each person has different features, skin tone and hair. We work with all of these in mind to make sure your eyeliner fits you.

How long do they last? How often is a touch up recommended?

  • After the first touch up around 6-8 weeks, the average person is recommended to come in for another between 2-5 years, some even longer. A lot has to do with skin type, lifestyle, products the client uses, etc. We will go over ways to best protect your tattoo during and after the healing process to get the best out of your Brow Service.

What does the healing process look like?

You will be given aftercare instructions on how to best take care of you and your eyeliner during your healing process but you can expect:

  • Phase 1. In the first two days after treatment, your eyeliner may look dark and vibrant and your eyes a little swollen, like you have had some allergies. DO NOT be alarmed, this is part of the healing process.

  • Phase 2. On days 3-7, your eyeliner may be covered with a scabby film. Continue to use your ointment provided to alleviate any itchy sensation. The better moisturised you can keep your new tattoos, the better.

  • Phase 3. Between days 7 and 12, the scabs may start peeling off in one or two cycles. It is crucial to not pick at any skin that may come off during that time.

  • Phase 4. From day 12-14 onwards, the surface of your skin has had its main healing stage

How long should I expect the appointment to take?

The first appointment takes around 2 hours depending on your specific eyeliner. Your second appointment should be shorter. Some taking only 45 minutes, some take around 1 hour.

Before your appointment, we recommend a consultation either in person or on the phone to go over your goals and make sure this is the right service for you and your skin type!
